Tareekey – Terms of Service

Welcome to Tareekey. These Terms of Service as modified by Tareekey at Tareekey's sole discretion ("Terms") govern your use of our website, applications, platforms, and services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Tareekey, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Tareekey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Tareekey, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Creation

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an Account and be a User.
  • If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to become a User.
  • Persons under 13 are not permitted to create Accounts.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating Accounts and keep it up to date or you will not be deemed a legitimate User.
  • Users only include students, parents, educational counselors, school/university staff, and school institutional administrators.

  • School Admin
  • University Admin

3. Services Offered

  • AI-powered career assessments using psychometric frameworks such as Holland Codes and MBTI.
  • Personalized recommendations based on labor market data and academic profiles.
  • Predictive dashboards for institutions.
  • Parent portal for student tracking and feedback.
  • Quick Apply tools for university applications, managed jointly with Studypedia and other partners.
  • Optional paid features, such as expert review services, enhanced reporting, and interview coaching tools.

4. AI Disclaimers and Guidance Purpose

  • All outputs generated by Tareekey’s AI are for informational purposes only.
  • Tareekey does not guarantee outcomes based on its recommendations.
  • Users agree to consult with human professionals before making decisions.
  • Users may opt out of AI-based tools and use only non-AI platform features.

5. User Conduct

  • Harass, insult, bully, or harm other Users and Tareekey's staff.
  • Upload or share illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content.
  • Misuse AI agents by bypassing intended academic or counseling purposes.
  • Use the platform for fraud, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty.
  • Interfere with system integrity or security.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

  • Tareekey offers both paid subscriptions and one-off paid services.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party processors, such as Stripe.
  • Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
  • By making a purchase, User agrees to Tareekey's billing and refund policy.

7. Data Use and Privacy

  • Your use of Tareekey is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the Terms.
  • We collect personal information, academic records, AI conversations, psychometric results, and more.
  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We may share anonymized data with institutions and ministries for policy and research purposes.
  • Personal data is only shared with third parties such as schools, universities, and Quick Apply partners, with your consent or as required for Services' delivery.

8. Third-Party Services

  • AWS (hosting, compute, analytics).
  • Stripe (payment processing).
  • Google Analytics, Mixpanel (analytics).
  • Studypedia and university partners (applications).
  • School/university LMS or SIS integrations.
  • Email providers.

9. Termination of Services

  • You may terminate your account at any time via account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate the Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 8 years or longer, in accordance with legal requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Tareekey owns all content, designs, trademarks, and software on the platform.
  • You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or modify our Services without permission.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
  • Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Modifications

  • We may revise these Terms from time to time without prior notice.
  • We will notify users by email or in-app alert after material changes.
  • Your continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the changes.
